Fitness From Her Flow

I didn’t create Fitness From Her Flow from inspiration. I created it from lived experience.

After a major roller skating accident, a complicated pregnancy and birth, and later during perimenopause — when my cycle changed everything I thought I knew about myself.

My energy changed. My physical abilities shifted from day to day.

These moments were wake-up calls.

Clear moments where I could no longer continue in the familiar ways without making adjustments.

This is where my 20-year relationship with Fitness From Her Flow began.

I had to listen deeply, respond with curiosity, and meet myself with kindness.

At first, this was just for me, but over time, as I began to share this way of moving and training, I saw how many women resonated with it.

Because the truth is — we carry a lot.

We have very little time, and often even less energy, to hold everything that needs to be held.

We wait until Friday to relax.

We finally take a breath when the kids are in bed or the house is quiet.

And then we try to make up for everything we didn’t do…by pushing harder in our workouts, running faster, lifting heavier, doing more.

And then the cycle begins again.

After two decades, one thing has become very clear to me:

We cannot do it all, but we can integrate it all.

We can use the time we already have; The small moments, the opportunities that are already there.

To actually listen to what our whole being needs.

Not what we think we should be doing, not what society tells us fitness should look like, but what is true for us.

This is working smarter, not harder.

Caring for ourselves in totality, not in separate parts.

This is why in every workout I do, and in every class or session I coach, I keep coming back to the same thing:

Take the moments.

Use the opportunities.

Be fit in your mind, your body, and your energy — all at once.

This is the key: One workout that meets all of her needs.

Aware.

Breath-led.

Connected.

Embodied.

We build strength, while also learning how to soften.

We notice when we are bracing — and we learn how to release.

We mobilize before we energize.

We return to ourselves before moving into life’s demands.

And the most important part: This does not require more time.

This can all be done in less than an hour.

So the question becomes:

Wouldn’t it feel different…To finish a workout feeling nourished in your mind, body, and energy — Instead of depleted?

If this speaks to you, you can experience Fitness From Her Flow in your own body. Coming soon…
