Am I really a pelvic floor coach, trainer or therapist? Is this really who I am?

I am a healer.
A space holder.
A see-er.

I am darkness and shadow.
I am healed and healing.
I have carried pain, and I know how to hold pleasure.

I have stood with people at their worst and their best.
I have held the hands of the rejected, the forgotten, the ones cast aside.
I have helped others be seen, be heard, be remembered.

I have sat with medicine people, learning and supporting, weaving their work with mine.
I have walked in traditions from many cultures, tending wounds, offering wisdom.
I have wept for my ancestors, and I have celebrated the healing of their burdens.

I have seen it all-most of it.
I have worked with it all, most of it.

I am no longer just a crisis provider, a personal trainer & coach, a breath guide, a massage therapist, or a ceremony facilitator.
Those are not titles outside of me—
they are parts of me.

My mission, to bring safety and being who and what you are.
